Bayu Buana Learning Centre is a three months learning program. We are going to provide learning opportunity for those who have the basic knowledge and are willing to work in travel industry. Pocket money will be provided through the course. Therefore, we invite young professional to join us.

 

Requirements:

  • Men/Women with max. age of 25 years old
  • Graduated from (min) SMIP/STP/Tourism Academy/Tourism Diploma or related education
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Willing to be placed in any of our branches
  • Having the knowledge of tour and travel products: reservation and ticketing, tour, hotel, MICE, etc
  • Committed person, good attitude, service-oriented & passionate in working in travel industry

Operation Mice Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out effective and productive incentive tour operations in order to maximize the achievement of predetermined targets.
  • Perform dealing with agents abroad, including preparing quotations, production (brochures and leaflets).
  • Coordinating and communicating positively with related parties for the smoothness and accuracy in handling tour requests in groups from customers.
  • Consolidate and evaluate continuously in handling operational activities related to incentive, group reservation and Counter Sales at the Outbound Tour Department.
  • Cooperate with work colleagues in the Outbound Tour Department in carrying out operational activities.
  • Establish cooperation with departments or parties outside the company that are related to facilitate their operational activities.
  • Attending all meetings and training needed for the interests of the company and the Outbound Department.

Social Media Officer (SMO)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Reply comments and messages on social media
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create monthly social media plan
  • Create creative content & managing social media marketing campaign
  • Working with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, as well as social media ads and analytics such as Facebook, Instagram & Youtube
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) related to assigned projects when needed. Stay up to date with the latest social media trend and technologies

 

Requirements:

  • Female, max age : 28 years old
  • Min S1 marketing communication, Public Relation, Marketing Bussiness
  • Min 1 years work experience at the same level
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Responsibilities:

  • • Administering sales operational activity effectively and productively to achieve the intended target that has been set by the company.
  • • Looking for the new market or clients and initiating broader target achievement of customer.
  • • Maintaining great service to customer such as doing sales visit regularly, introducing new products and maintaining customers’ complaints.

 

Requirements:
