Online System Airlines Companies

At the moment, we are implementing two main systems in our online computer systems, such as : SABRE. As to stock of tickets, we always keep tickets in good and up-to-date stock at our Head Office as well as our branch offices, thanks to the good long standing relationship we maintain so well with airlines concerned, and in that way ticket stock exhaustion are fully watched out and always avoided as replenishment continuously take place before exhaustion happens.

Travel Insurance

Bayu buana provide travel insurance for individual & corporates trip. We have good relationship with some insurance companies like: Chubb, Assist, Allianz, ABDA.

Travel Document Arrangement

Bayu Buana has a special department to serve customers to obtain passport, exit permits and visas to various countries.

Rent Car

We also provide car rental in Jakarta, outside Jakarta, and also in abroad.

Reporting System

We are able to provide management information reports for financial budgeting or control for the management and arrange special payment system should the needs arise. In the report, usually consists of : traveler name, departure date, itinerary, class of traveler, airlines, fares Bayu Buana has standard report to each of our customer and this report can be tailor-made to our customer needs.

Airport Assistance Arrangement

Bayu Buana has a special team to handle greeting service in the airport. As to greeting service, so far it has always been made available in the best way possible for convenience and accelerated handlings at the airport by an experienced staff.

24-Hour Emergency Services

Bayu Buana office hours generally from 08.30 a.m up to 17.00 p.m through the week, but we understand that in some circumstances there are needs that arise in time that we cannot predict. In result of those demands, our T24 contact center is contactable around the clock in emergency cases.
